영어공부 11일차 - ringle 복습(데이터 사이언티스트)

짜릿한 야망캐를 만나는 건 항상 즐겁다. 야망있고 능력있는 사람과 이야기를 나눠서 너무 즐거웠다. 

 

1. Ringle - 01/12 수업

 

* averse : having a strong dislike of or opposition to something.

    ex) "as a former CIA director, he is not averse to secrecy"

• Our department does not have / fit the credentials to create a PhD program(to fund a PhD program)
• There are some crime prevention studies that utilize machine learning algorithms/models.
• My background is in social science. So my field of speciality would not be as relevant in data science. 
• The salary level is lower than I thought.
• Applications open in September
• All the power is centralized in the government. 
• The new methods in data science. 
• My curiousity tends to pull me there / pull me to new places / but my conservative side makes me more averse to the risks // more reserved.
